About BelToll

BelToll is an electronic toll collection system that became operational in the Republic of Belarus on 1 July 2013. The system allows road users to pay toll without stopping at toll booths.

Gantries fitted with antennas were mounted over the toll roads to enable the communication between the transceivers and the special devices called on-board units (OBU) placed on the windscreen of vehicles.

When a vehicle passes through a gantry, the BelToll system immediately forwards this information to the processing center.
